IES Test Prep NYC Offers New SAT Open House
Experts to provide free insight, information and tips to parents and students on how to prepare for the new SAT exam.
New York, NY, February 19, 2016 (Newswire.com) - In concert with the College Board’s extensive overhaul of the SAT, IES Test Prep is pleased to announce it’s 2016 New SAT Open House, Wednesday February 17th through Saturday February 27th. Parents and students are invited to visit the New York City campus (55-59 Chrystie St, Suite 212, NY, NY 10002) Wednesdays through Saturdays from noon to 5pm. This community service event will feature experienced counselors providing free guidance about the expected content of the new SAT, as well as insight and practical tips on the best methods to prepare for the updated test.
In a recent New York Times article, Anemona Hartocollis calls the latest edition of the SAT the “biggest redesign in a decade, and one of the most substantial ever”. The exam will feature both longer and harder reading passages and more extensive wording in math problems. Understandably, parents and students have been scrambling to prepare.
