iCoreConnect Donates Practice Management Software to Texas Non-Profit

iCoreConnect, Inc. announced today a new partnership with San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic. iCoreConnect will donate approximately $325,000 worth of its iCoreDental practice management software and services to the Texas-based non-profit.

The San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic provides charitable dental care to low-income and homeless adults in the South Texas area. The iCoreDental cloud-based software will be used to manage clinic operations, increase efficiencies in patient care, and give the clinic the ability to communicate electronically with all outside partners while maintaining full HIPAA compliance.

"We are proud to support the San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic," said iCoreConnect President & CEO Robert McDermott. "The clinic has grown from one chair to a fully modern and highly capable operation. It's an honor to assist them as they provide critical dental services to underserved people in San Antonio and Bexar County."

San Antonio Christian Dental services are provided at no cost to patients by volunteers and community partners. "We are one of the few clinics in Texas to serve low-income and homeless adults exclusively," commented Executive Director Gloria Canseco. "A donation of this magnitude and caliber will amplify our ability to extend both physical and emotional healing to our patients."

"For three consecutive years, dental care has been identified as the highest unmet need for the homeless in San Antonio," said Development Director Susan Quick. "This remarkable cloud-based technology has a tangible impact on our patients. Now, our volunteer providers can spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork."

The clinic relies exclusively on private financial support. It does not receive government funding at any level. As such, the organization places an emphasis on quantifying its contribution to the community.

"iCoreDental's ability to analyze and output a wide spectrum of metrics is extremely important for us. We must demonstrate the ROI on every donor dollar we receive," Canseco said.

In addition to impacting direct patient care, the iCoreDental donation will play an integral role in SA Christian Dental's job training program for disadvantaged young adults. The program will give participants exposure to cutting-edge cloud-based practice management technology that is in use by prospective employers in the dental field.

"Ultimately, iCoreConnect's gift offers the men and women we serve greater opportunities to seek employment, achieve self-sufficiency and contribute to our community. We are incredibly thankful to Mr. McDermott and the iCoreConnect team," Canseco added.
