HREA Acquires Mixed-Use Commercial Property in Amagansett
NEW YORK, January 18, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Hildreth Real Estate Advisors (HREA), a New York-based real estate company, recently announced their latest acquisition in New York. 11 Indian Wells Highway is a mixed-use commercial property in Amagansett, New York. The building has around 9,700 square feet, three legal floors, and one acre of land. It was renovated in 2003, maintaining the character the building has become famous for. The building is a more traditional barn structure style, adding personality to the neighborhood.
Like many other properties HREA has invested in, 11 Indian Wells Highway is of historical interest. It has served many uses over the years. Most recently, it was known as The Applied Arts Center, a Grain Surfboards location, and several other retail stores. Currently, the property stands empty, ready for a new tenant. In addition to the commercial space is a smaller residential space, which can be found in the front of the complex. One unique feature of the property is its ample parking, which boasts around 23 spots.
This acquisition is the latest in a series of investments by HREA. HREA was founded in 2019 by David Shorenstein and Jason Breitstone. Both founders still act as owners and operators of HREA, leading the company through sound investments and decisions. They have made property acquisitions within New York, Los Angeles, and Florida, with their sights set on further expansion in the near future.
One of HREA's biggest goals is to positively impact New York's landscape through their investments and carefully curating properties. This latest addition will fit well within their portfolio. HREA has no plans to alter the current arrangement or architecture of the property and will enable it to remain an icon of Amagansett.
