Hollingsworth Signs New Customer and Opens Facility

Third-party logistics provider Hollingsworth announces the opening of a new facility for the provision of aftermarket warehousing and packaging services for a leading OEM in the Automotive industry.

The operation, which successfully launched in early January 2020, involves a new parts packaging operation in the greater Memphis, Tennessee area. This operation is expected to grow to over 200,000 square feet and will require over 80 logistics professionals.

Hollingsworth has long partnered with automotive manufacturers to provide aftermarket services such as packaging, kitting, assembly, and distribution of goods in its aftermarket and reverse logistics process. Hollingsworth is proud to drive value to these customers through optimized processes and the deployment of Hollingsworth’s robust SAP WMS platform.

“Hollingsworth is thrilled about this growth with a further OEM, adding to our extensive OEM customer base. The trust that these large organizations place with Hollingsworth is a testament to our long history of providing value-adding contract logistics services to the automotive, aerospace and industrial market segments,” explained Haiden Smith, VP of Sales and Marketing at Hollingsworth.
