Here Are Early Voting Times for FL District 23 Democratic Party Primary August 30th for Miami Dade and Broward Counties. Meanwhile, a Lawsuit to Debbie Wasserman Schultz Looms Over the Democrat Primary

Here are Early Voting days and times before the Florida Election Primary August 30th. What is of special concern to voters also is a class action lawsuit over the alleged rigging of the presidential primaries in the Democratic Party revealed right before the DNC, which looms over Debbie Wasserman Schultz in light of her own primary August 30th. An evidentiary hearing for the lawsuit will be held August 23.

Miami Dade County Early Voting Days/Times for FL District 23.

The class action lawsuit of alleged rigging of the presidential primaries in the Democratic Party looms over Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

No question that Debbie Wasserman Schultz has been in hot water lately. Her name has been in the headlines ever since the Wikileaks report of her alleged rigging of the Democratic primaries as head of the DNC. She was forced to resign in light of the scandal. But now that the class action lawsuit against her is moving forward, it could also impact the FL District 23 primary on August 30.

The lawsuit includes six claims: fraud, negligent misrepresentation, deceptive conduct, monetary restitution for donors of Sanders, the DNC breaking its own fiduciary duties, and negligence for failing to protect sensitive donor information that was hacked. Attorneys Jared Beck, a Harvard Law graduate, and Elizabeth Beck, a Yale Law School graduate, have filed the lawsuit as a way to give a voice to Sanders supporters who were silenced by the alleged rigging of the primaries for Clinton.  The Becks have previously filed successful lawsuits against Yelp, Unilever, Korea Airlines, and fraudulent real estate investors.

On August 23, an evidentiary hearing  will be held in South Florida and both parties involved in the suit will have to present evidence to support their positions. The hearing was issued by the presiding judge in response to the DNC and Wasserman Schultz’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and a separate motion to buy them more time until September 9. “Insufficient service of process” was cited, alleging process server Shawn Lucas failed to properly serve the DNC.

For the first time since 2005 when she won her first race for the U.S. House of Representatives, Wasserman Schultz is facing an opponent in her run for the Democratic Congressional seat for District 23. Tim Canova, a Florida attorney, is giving her a run for her money in the primary race. Bernie Sanders and his followers are supporting Tim Canova as a rebuke to Debbie Wasserman Schultz and what they consider as the "establishment" of the Democratic Party.

The primary election for District 23, which includes both Broward and Miami Dade counties, is on August 30. However, Early Voting is allowed as follows:
