Haron "H20" Hargrave Brings the "H20 Basketball Clinic" to Freeport

Professional Basketball Point Guard Haron "H20" Hargrave has partnered with premier basketball manufacturer, Game 7 Basketball, to give back to the community through Basketball. The duo has announced the upcoming youth "H2O Basketball Clinic" beginning November 21st, 2015.

Former Sacramento State Hornets NCAA star, Haron “H20” Hargrave, is partnering with Game 7 Basketball to give back to the community through what else, Basketball. Hargrave and Game 7 Basketball have announced the upcoming “H2O Basketball Clinic” for kids starting November 21st, 2015. The clinic will be available for grades 2nd through 8th at only $160 per child. Our Holy Redeemer Church is located at 87 Pine Street Freeport NY, 11520.

The clinic will consist of 6 sessions, each session will last 75 minutes. They will cover basic basketball rules, techniques, and emphasize sportsmanship and hard work. Registrants should send the athletes first and last Name, along with their grade to H2oBasketball@gmail.com to secure their spots. Beginning November 21st, the sessions will be:

·         1st session Grades 2-5 - 3pm to 4:15pm

·         2nd session grades 6-8 - 4:15pm to 5:30pm

Hargrave and Game 7 came together over their desire to serve youth in urban communities. The professional basketball point guard, turned fitness trainer, stated that he wants the youth to know how much sports, particularly basketball, can positively affect their lives according to a recent interview. Besides the obvious benefits of calorie burning, strength training, and improved motor coordination, basketball is proven to increase mentaldevelopment and stamina due to it’s fast paced strategic nature.
