Last week, TiER1 Performance Solutions announced the merger between their organization and NewKnowledge United (NKU), currently headquartered at The Hamilton Mill in Hamilton, Ohio. NKU will join TiER1’s team to strengthen its core talent base and expand its national reach. This event signifies a major accomplishment for both NKU and The Hamilton Mill, as exits are widely considered to be the ultimate goal of incubators and accelerators throughout the startup ecosystem.

NKU, founded in 2014 by Jack Calhoun and Dr. Danny Hoyt, provides custom curriculum and learning services for corporate and academic markets with a strong focus on adaptive eLearning solutions.
