Graham Alexander of GGIQ Developments is pleased to announce the sale of an assembly of four houses on Bond Street in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The assembly is in the proposed Lynn Creek Town Center of the District of North Vancouver. It was sold for 8 million Canadian dollars and for the construction of a wood-framed apartment complex.

The Lynn Creek Town Centre will be a transit-oriented, mixed-use community offering a wide range of housing options for people at all stages of life, in a unique location near employment and retail opportunities, natural amenities, and Phibbs Transit Exchange.

In the area, apartment complexes have already begun to spring up, such as Mountain Creations by Irma Group (http://www.mountaincreations.ca) at the corner of Mountain Hwy and Crown Street, and Brooklynn by the Wanson Group (http://www.brooklynnliving.com) on Mountain Hwy and sold by Rennie Marketing Systems. Mountain Creations and Brooklynn were completely sold out prior to construction.

Building on its ideal setting near highly-valued green spaces and easy-to-access transit, the Lynn Creek Town Center is concentrating on community services and facilities at its core, supporting the light industrial and commercial areas, and strengthening the connections between neighbourhoods. Also, the new community recreation center has been designated for the area which will attract young families to the neighbourhood.
