GovQA, Leading SaaS Company Offering Automated Workflow for Government Compliance, Welcomes New CEO Tim Callahan

John Dilenschneider, GovQA Founder, Joins GovQA Board of Directors

Tim Callahan

GovQA, the leading provider of automated compliance workflow software for government, today announced that Tim Callahan has joined the company as chief executive officer. In this position, Callahan will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations as well as executing the company’s growth strategy. John Dilenschneider, founder, owner and former GovQA CEO, has joined the Board of Directors.

Callahan comes to GovQA from global payroll software and services provider ADP, where he served as President of Streamline & Celergo. Prior to that, he was CEO of Celergo LLC, a global payroll management company, which was backed by private equity firm Frontier Growth before Celergo’s acquisition by ADP in 2018.  Frontier Growth recently made a significant investment in GovQA. Prior to Celergo, Callahan enjoyed a 28-year career in the global mobility industry where he was president and COO of Graebel Relocation Services and, prior to that, senior vice president of global sales and marketing for SIRVA, Inc.

“I am excited to welcome Tim as our new CEO,” said Dilenschneider. “Tim has helped other Frontier companies grow quickly and position themselves well in their industries. We’re looking forward to tapping into his experience.”

Founded in 2000 and growing almost 40% annually for the last three years, GovQA has developed a suite of government compliance software solutions for public records, subpoenas, legal holds, discovery, complaints, claims, correspondence, and citizen engagement. The company is proud to partner with hundreds of government organizations, including over a third of the top 300 U.S. cities, 35% of the top U.S. counties, and 80+ state agencies.

“I am honored to lead the team at GovQA,” said Callahan. “John and his team have built a best-in-class platform for managing public records requests and have enjoyed impressive growth as a result. The company has uniquely high customer retention and satisfaction and enormous market opportunities. I look forward to helping GovQA achieve even greater results as we begin the next stage of our journey.”

Michael Ramich, partner at Frontier Growth, said that adding an experienced leader with a compliance SaaS background is important to the company's strategy and future growth. "Tim’s experience and expertise are the correct combination to drive GovQA in this next phase of expansion."
