GovQA Acquires GovHelper and FoiaView

WebQA Inc. announced today that its GovQA division has acquired GovHelper, a technology company offering local government and public safety transparency products for populations ranging over 500,000 residents. GovHelper’s premium product, FOIAView, helps agencies stay compliant with Public Records laws.

With the purchase of GovHelper, GovQA’s government portfolio grows to almost 800 contracts with states, counties, cities and other organizations to manage requests and transparency for more than 100 million residents nationwide.

The GovHelper product lines will join GovQA’s portfolio of intuitive web and mobile offerings that run in a Software as a Service environment on a hybrid-tenant architecture to achieve required security for public sector solutions.  Effective immediately, WebQA will provide best in class support to all GovHelper customers and will assume responsibility for maintaining all GovHelper software.
