The Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau has long been a community-focused organization that offers unbiased information to various consumer groups that are looking to find hotel and entertainment information in the St. Charles area. Since its inception in 1983, the GSCCVB’s focus has been to deliver qualified destination information to families, individuals, and groups that are looking to plan excursions into the St. Charles area.

St. Charles, IL is once again happy to announce their annual “Restaurant Week” festivities. The area has long been the culinary capital of the Fox River Valley. Everyone looks forward to the unique and treasured offerings that are created by chefs throughout the city for this special foodie extravaganza. Make note of the dates and make sure to get out and enjoy all of the specialties restaurants in the area will have to offer.

St. Charles Restaurant Week, Feb. 25-March 1, 2019, will feature one of the largest selections of restaurants in the area. Check to see all the favorite eateries that are participating at www.stcharlesil.gov/restaurant-week. These sought-after eateries are getting ready to serve up delectable selections of tasty treats that will make mouths water. This is a great opportunity to spend some time in St. Charles and do a personal foodie tour around this great city.

Many of the areas culinary destinations are preparing their best offerings at discounted prices so the tastes that St. Charles has to offer can be enjoyed by everyone. “St. Charles really has become a culinary capital for new restaurants and outstanding cuisine throughout the area,” Rita Tungare, Director of Community & Economic Development for the City of St. Charles, said. “We want people to come out and have a unique experience. With more than 40 restaurants to choose from, there’s something for everyone.”

Come out and enjoy the eateries any time of day or night during the last weekend in February and enjoy unique menus and special discounts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
