Recent California laws (SB 1069, AB 2299, and AB 2406) significantly reduce restrictions on building accessory dwelling units, or Granny Flats. Ranging from 387 to 1,148 square feet, the G.J. Gardner Granny Flats offer one-, two- and three-story home designs with up to three bedrooms. Interiors feature open floor plans that connect the kitchen, eating and living area.
