New features added include updates to both the web application and the free mobile application available for both Android and iOS. The new updates include many user requested features.

New features include the ability to set preventative maintenance thresholds by PTO Hours. In addition, the ability to update PTO Hours and Engine Hours via the sureFleet mobile app has been added. This release also includes a new feature that allows users to determine how early preventative maintenance alerts are generated. This setting is per maintenance threshold for maximum flexibility in creating custom preventative maintenance alerts. Additional added features include the ability to create a custom parts lists for each vehicle, new fuel reports, and purchase orders. FTI Groups, Inc. has integrated sureFleet with its dispatch software, sureDispatch. This integration currently allows for companies to share general vehicle information from sureFleet to sureDispatch. Furthermore, when a vehicle is reported unsafe to operate during a daily vehicle inspection in sureFleet, users in sureDispatch are notified prior to dispatching a job assignment to that vehicle. This integration provides companies that use both software systems additional insight into their fleet management.
sureFleet is specifically designed to help business operations with better tracking and reporting on fleet repair costs, downtime frequency, fuel purchases, and more. It provides data capture and reporting associated with fleet maintenance to record everything from oil changes and fueling information to engine overhauls and accidents. sureFleet mobile is a free mobile application that works in conjunction with the web based software allowing companies to manage effective communication with the drivers in their fleet.
