Free Mini Golf and Hands-Only CPR

Online, May 31, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Miami, FL, May 23, 2010: Total Medical Management will be sponsoring Free Hands-Only CPR Training and Free Mini Golf on June 2, 2010 6pm - 8pm at Palmetto Golf Course 9300 Southwest 152nd Street, Palmetto Bay - (305) 235-1069. There will be music, games, and lite refreshments for all who participate.
Steven The Nurse (The Lead Instructor at The Nursing Station), is honoring CPR and AED awareness week (June 1 - 7, 2010) by providing Free Hands-Only CPR Training to any person that is willing to learn. Hands-Only CPR is not the same CPR that is taught everyday at The Nursing Station. Hands-Only CPR involves using only your hands to give chest compressions, no mouth-to-mouth is involved.
There is no substitute for an American Heart Association CPR course. When an adult has a sudden cardiac arrest, his or her survival depends greatly on immediately getting CPR from someone nearby. Unfortunately, less than 1/3 of those people who experience a cardiac arrest at home, work or in a public location get that help. Most bystanders are worried that they might do something wrong or make things worse. That's why the AHA has simplified things with only a few memorable steps for Hands-Only CPR.
Total Medical Management is providing Free Mini Golf and lite refreshments. The Nursing Station will provide Hands-Only CPR and a good time.
