Florida Panthers Announce Opening Night Roster for 2017-18 Season
SUNRISE, FL, October 5, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today the club's opening night roster for the 2017-18 season. The Panthers open the season on Friday, Oct. 6 against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Amalie Arena (7:30 P.M.). Florida's first home game of the season will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7 against the Lightning at 7 P.M.

More than 1,000 heroes will be in attendance with representatives from the Broward Emergency Operations Center, Red Cross, FEMA, Feeding South Florida and first responders from Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Every day heroes, including Sister Margaret Anne, and their stories will be celebrated in-game.
