FloQast Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Inc. Magazine's Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2023

Company recognized by Inc. for third consecutive year with employees praising "collaborative" work environment.

FloQast, a provider of accounting workflow automation software created by accountants for accountants, announced today that for the third year in a row, it has been named to Inc. magazine's annual Best Workplaces list with a score of 92.99 - nearly four points higher than the average score of extra large company finalists. The list is a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility. In addition to being named among the Best Workplaces for 2023, FloQast was also honored in the following special categories:

  • Established Excellence: 5-14 years in business
  • Prosperous and Thriving: $5MM - $50MM in gross revenue
  • XLarge: Employee size 500+
  • Pacific Region: AK, CA, HI, OR, WA

The list indicates that 89.15% of FloQast employees consider themselves "highly engaged," with the majority describing their work environment as "collaborative." 94% of FloQast employees indicated they feel "the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource."

"FloQast is honored to have maintained its place on Inc.'s Best Workplaces List for three consecutive years - no small feat given the degree to which our organization has scaled over the past several years, both physically and virtually," said Adey Tadesse-Heath, Senior Director of Human Resources at FloQast. "Our company culture remains a constant no matter the geography, and this year's ranking demonstrates that FloQasters agree."

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization's benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

"Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim," says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. "Proving to the world that you're a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement."

Today's news is the latest of several awards honoring FloQast's workplace and culture. Earlier this month, it was named a Great Place to Work in both the US and UK. In January, it was named to Built In's Best Place to Work List. In August 2022, the company was named a 'Best Place to Work' by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the sixth straight year. The award also comes alongside continued momentum for FloQast, including the launch of an all-new brand strategy and expansion to Australia and New Zealand. The Best Workplaces List will be featured in the Inc. May/June 2023 issue, which hits newsstands on May 16, 2023.
