Business Development Team Expands to Support Partner Program & Customer Growth

Ethoplex, Milwaukee's largest, locally-owned Internet Service Provider, announces the recent addition to the company’s sales team to meet the needs of their growing client base and to focus on customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Glen Van Wie, Business Development Executive, is responsible for servicing existing clients, maintaining and expanding the Ethoplex Partner Program, and establishing new accounts in order to advance customer growth. He sources new sales opportunities and plays a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. Glen ensures high levels of customer care through excellent customer service and is actively working to build mutually-beneficial relationships with partners.

Before joining Team Ethoplex, Glen started his IT career at PC ProSchools, now Brensten Education. After completing his education, Glen worked as a Network Technician at a local Wireless ISP. His previous experience working as an installer, offers him a unique perspective from a technical point-of-view, leading to successful sales interactions.
