Austin, TX, October 19, 2016 (Newswire.com) - EqualizeRCM Services ("EqualizeRCM" or the "Company") announced today that it has acquired Medical Management Solutions ("MMS"), a specialized provider of Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services based in Austin, Texas. The acquisition expands EqualizeRCM’s physician customer base and brings new services to offer to clients. With the acquisition, EqualizeRCM will now provide expanded practice management services—including contract management, credentialing, remote CFO services, and strategic consulting services—to physician groups and Urgent Care facilities to complement its existing medical coding, billing, and collections services.
EqualizeRCM currently provides RCM services to physician and community owned hospitals, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, physician groups, Urgent Care facilities, and Durable Medical Equipment providers in more than 25 states. The entire MMS team has joined the EqualizeRCM Physician Division.
