All American Leadership, LLC today announces that the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s largest project management member association, has named it as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) effective September 8, 2016.  R.E.Ps are organizations that have been approved by PMI to help project managers achieve and maintain the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Program Management Professional (PgMP)® and other PMI professional credentials. These organizations have met PMI’s rigorous quality criteria for course content, instructor qualification, and instructional design.

Project managers are increasingly turning to R.E.Ps for certification training and maintenance, especially since global median salaries for the profession now exceed $81,000 (USD).  In an accelerating, complex and increasingly connected world filled with new challenges requiring more decisions, how we lead is more important than ever.  Not surprisingly, the most successful, individuals, teams and organizations have migrated to a simple, common set of principles for improving culture and leadership.  This session will introduce participants to these principles and show how they can be successfully integrated into any environment.

All American Leadership is excited about this relationship with the Project Management Institute. By combining effective Leadership with sound Project Management principles, we believe that individuals and teams can dramatically expand their reach, performance and outcomes.
