Enter the 2019 Shine 'N Star Tow Truck Photo Beauty Contest

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla., May 6, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Get ready to roll with the 2019 Shine 'n Star tow truck photo beauty contest brought to you by Tow Times magazine and powered by Ford Trucks.

Get the tow trucks looking buff for the photo beauty contest now in its 28th consecutive year. The largest tow truck photo beauty contest in the U.S., Shine 'n Star offers entrants the chance to win great prizes for the best-looking tow trucks in North America, including Grand Prize, People's Choice, First, Second and Third prize winners.

In 2018, seven towing companies, chosen from among more than 400 entries in the U.S. and Canada, were named Shine 'n Star top winners. All of the Shine 'n Star top winners are featured on the cover of Tow Times magazine starting in November. Photos of second- and third-place winners are published inside the magazine.

Ford Trucks has sponsored Shine 'n Star each year since 2003, awarding thousands of dollars in cash prizes, including $1,000 for the Grand Prize winner, and $500 each for five first-place winners, one from each category. Five second- and third-place winners each receive $300 and $200, respectively. All winners also get a commemorative plaque.

Contest is free to enter and entries are judged by an independent panel of three judges.

Tow truck operators take their heavy-, medium- and light-duty equipment, car carriers and working trucks seriously, including their good looks. Supporting professional towing companies that take pride in their equipment is a main reason behind Ford Truck's annual sponsorship of the Shine 'n Star contest.
