Dr. Francesca A. Jackson teaches self-administered, self-empowering techniques that dissolve trauma, expand hearts and enhance overall wellness and quality of life.  She began with a private practice in chiropractic and homeopathy in 1988. 

Over the span of her career, she has worked with people whose lives have been limited by varied forms of trauma, including women with cancer, the HIV community, incarcerated individuals through maximum security, combat veterans with PTSD and military sexual trauma, and natural disaster survivors of Hurricane Katrina and the earthquake in Haiti.  As a lay chaplain with hospice, she assisted individuals to transition out of this world.

Her international experience of teaching workshops to heal trauma has taken her to Senegal, Botswana, South Africa.  

In response to the current global pandemic of violence against women, she started YinRise to assist women to dissolve the trauma of sexual violence, feel safe, and move forward in their lives.
