Embrey Partners Hires New Vice President of Development
SAN ANTONIO, Texas, January 3, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Embrey Partners, LTD., is proud to announce the hiring of Jeremy Williams as the company’s new Vice President of Development.
Williams’ first priority will be the strategic execution of 7600 Broadway. This mixed-use project will consist of 60,000 square feet of office space, 220 luxury multifamily units and will serve as the new corporate headquarters for Embrey Partners. He will direct the vision throughout the design process, overseeing the execution of all development phases from pre-construction, construction and property management during lease-up.
Williams joins the Embrey team from JPI Companies. His experience includes over 20 years as an architect, senior design manager and vice president of development.
A licensed architect and graduate from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, Williams says that he is “eager to work with the premier developer in the multifamily industry.”
