DALI Loudspeakers Formally Joins BluOS Family at HIGH END 2018
Shipping in select markets in time for HIGH END 2018, DALI's CALLISTO Wireless Speaker System is the latest addition to the growing ecosystem of BluOS premium streaming audio products.
MUNICH, May 10, 2018 (Newswire.com) - With a global partnership first announced at last year’s Munich HIGH-END Show, DALI’s initial launch of its CALLISTO Wireless Active Speaker System at this year’s show formalizes a welcome addition to the BluOS family of products, now numbering nearly 20 different solutions across three well-respected high-fidelity audio brands. These DALI products join Lenbrook International's ecosystem of BluOS Enabled and BluOS Ready components and speakers from Bluesound and NAD Electronics. All three Lenbrook brands are exhibiting BluOS products at the show, giving European media and consumers the rare opportunity to experience the strength of the BluOS platform.

The DALI CALLISTO solution utilizes Lenbrook’s proprietary BluOS technology in the form of a modular upgrade option called the BluOS NPM-1. Adding this module allows the system to be connected wirelessly or hard-wired to a home network with access to internet radio stations, the popular music streaming services and lossless music libraries stored on a computer or mobile device. BluOS’ brand-agnostic platform means that any BluOS Enabled device, regardless of manufacturer, can wirelessly connect with up to 64 enabled home theatres, stereo systems, components or compact all-in-one speakers within the BluOS ecosystem, for synced or asynchronous music playback in one or multiple rooms.

From May 10-13, the DALI CALLISTO BluOS Enabled speaker systems will be demonstrated at the HIGH-END show, Room A3.1, D108. BluOS Enabled players from NAD Electronics and Bluesound will be on display and on a demonstration in Room A3.1, C112.
