Crypto Asset Rating Expands Team, Appoints Sachin Jaitley as Corporate Adviser
NEW YORK, July 9, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Crypto Asset Rating (CAR), the independent structured rating agency, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Sachin Jaitley as a corporate adviser. Jaitley will bring to CAR an impressive 16-plus years of experience in the finance and technology domains.
As a corporate adviser, Sachin Jaitley will be instrumental in developing CAR’s business plans, advising the board on improvements in the company and its structure and mission, and assisting in raising capital. Jaitley will help develop strategic business partnerships and will engage in other related tasks.
Sachin Jaitley is the founding partner of Tessera Venture Partners, a venture fund for innovative blockchain and AI companies, a co-founder of flexEngage, and is on the board of Dream Payments and Gift Jeenie. In his previous roles, he was with Datalogix (part of Oracle), leading development and sales, and the vice president of The Neat Company. Before this, he was with Nokia as the controller, overseeing the financial planning for $1 billion in North American sales. Earlier, he has worked for Brewer, Attorneys and Counselors, and General Electric.

Sachin Jaitley has completed Executive Education in Blockchain Technologies from the Sloan School of Management, MIT. He holds an MBA in finance from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business and a BA in international business from the Rollins College. His specialist areas include business development, product management, and mentoring start-ups.
Among his peers, Jaitley is recognized for his skills in identifying and developing innovative opportunities in new customer acquisition channels. He is also known for locating business opportunities that show strategic alignment with a company’s goal. Jaitley holds a patent for an electronic receipt system.
