Continuity Health Solutions Adds Diverse Industry Leadership to 2016 Board of Directors

Continuity Health Solutions, provider of FDA approved chronic care management, remote patient monitoring and patient engagement technology, announced appointment of 2016 Board of Directors.

New Board Members:

 Michael Brozino – Industry: International Healthcare Business Management

Michael’s most recent healthcare role was CEO of simplifyMD, where he transformed the organization and guided it to a successful exit by Azalea Health in 2014.  Prior to simplifyMD, Michael was part of an 8 member leadership team that built the image management company, ALI Technologies, which was acquired by McKesson Provider Technologies in 2002 for $350M. Michael went on to hold divisional leadership roles at McKesson Provider Technologies as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Cardiology where he led the integration of the acquisition of Medcon Limited (2005).

Kathy Dalton Ford – Industry: International Healthcare Business and Product Management

Kathy brings over twenty years of product innovation, commercialization and leadership experience in the Healthcare IT industry.  Kathy is currently Senior Vice President of Product Management at Jellyfish Health®, a leading software solution focused on improving patient experience and patient flow in outpatient settings.  She has held successive, influential, senior leadership roles at many renowned healthcare companies such as GE Medical Systems, AGFA Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare, Carestream Dental and NantHealth. Kathy also has extensive national and international business management experience. 

Mark A. Kelly – Industry: Venture Capital / Private Equity

Mark brings 25 years of financial and insurance industry knowledge from operations to corporate finance & strategy.  Mark currently is a Principal with Flexpoint Ford a private equity investment firm with $2.3 billion under management specializing in privately negotiated investments in the financial services and healthcare industries. Mark is currently a director of First Acceptance Corporation, Pelican Auto Finance, LLC, ABNA Holdings, and Jefferson Capital.  Mark’s previous positions include CEO of First Acceptance Corp, Partner at Ford Financial  

Todd B. Lyon – Industry: Healthcare and Life Sciences / International Business

Todd has over 20 years of global experience in corporate strategy, merger & acquisitions, finance and sales in and out of healthcare.  Currently Todd holds the role of Principal, Global Strategy & Business Innovation for a large multi-national conglomerate managing a portfolio in healthcare and life sciences.  He has held past positions with McKesson Corporation, IBM, and Citrix Systems.  Todd currently serves as a content advisor and client resource for the advisory board for late stage life sciences companies with Rock Health.  Additionally, he is serving on the corporate advisory board for Geneva Healthcare and on the National Board of Advisors for the Japan American Business Society.
