CMB Export, LLC is one of six CMB Regional Centers which are owned and operated by Patrick F. Hogan. CMB Export, LLC is among the oldest, most active, and most successful Regional Centers operating under the USCIS’s investor visa program commonly known as EB-5. The CMB Regional Centers currently oversee approximately $1.5 billion in EB-5 investment that has taken place in 38 EB-5 investment partnerships. Prior CMB EB-5 investment partnerships have distinguished themselves in the EB-5 industry by accomplishing the three primary objectives of EB-5 investors, which are: (1) Obtaining U.S. permanent residency, (2) a return of their original investment, and (3) a rate of return on their investment.

The CDFA award is not the first time the Ivanpah project has received recognition. In August of this year, ‘Power Magazine’ named Ivanpah “Plant of the Year” which is the first time a renewable energy project has won this award. The Ivanpah Solar Electric Plant has been described as the Hoover Dam of the solar industry. This comparison extends even further as Bechtel Corporation helped build the Hoover Dam and they led the construction of Ivanpah. www.ivanpahsolar.com
