Cestusline, Inc. Makes Advances in the Oil & Wind Turbine Industry

Do you know that durable & comfortable gloves are within your grasp? Do you have the right glove in your tool box? Our gloves will give your hands the ability to work in oil and grime or allow you to climb to tall heights in ease.

Cestusline Inc., a national glove manufacturer, has launched their newest oil glove, Deep Grip, and wind turbine glove, Turbinator, at the NSC Texas Safety Conference 2012 in Galveston, TX March 19, 2012.

Their oil industry gloves meet top technology with extra protection on the back of the hand, fingers, and knuckles from impact combined with a Skid-X Grip durable palm. "While at work on a drilling rig, Cestus Deep Grip gloves were comfortable in temperatures ranging from 20°F to about 95°F. I also diligently worked with fresh water mud and brine water and the gloves lasted longer than any other gloves I have every used." said Jerry Solo from Sendero Drilling Company.

Our Deep Grip glove comes in a high-vis color scheme for added visibility, a reinforced saddle between thumb and finger, and 3-D direct injected TPR protection on the back of the hand. This glove just recently received ASTM Cut Level 2, EN388 Puncture Level 4, and EN 420 Dexeterity Level 4.

Meanwhile in the field of wind turbines, Turbinator is a windproof glove with design registered Hexagonal Memory Gel pads that absorb vibration from impacts along with a tacky silicone surface to help climb up wind-turbines. "The Turbinator has met all our needs as a turbine technician from climbing, comfort, to warmth" said Justin Guy, Turbine Technician of Suzlon.

The Turbinator includes Neoprene Polychloroprene material creating temperature control for the hand as well as wind and sun resistance. The palm also has RIMA ventilation creating breathability while preventing bacterial growth.

Conference attendees are encouraged to analyze our glove tests, conduct a review to see which glove best suits your needs, and decide whether you have the right oil glove in your tool box. Participants will also receive a complementary catalog and may be chosen to field test future upcoming gloves samples.
