Certified Aviation Services Announces Senior Management Changes to Support Expansion

Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS) today announced senior management changes within the organization. Given the growth CAS has seen, Brad Caban has been appointed to President of CAS Components, effective immediately. This will allow Mr. Caban, previous President of CAS, to solely focus on growing the components facility located in Fairhope, Alabama.

Michael Turpin was promoted to the new position of Managing Director of the Recovery, Repairs and Modifications Business Unit. Mr. Turpin will be responsible for overseeing both domestic and international recovery, repairs, modifications and any other duties related to AOG.

Additionally, Michael Stafford has been promoted to President of Line Services. Mr. Stafford is responsible for managing the company's nationwide network of line maintenance stations while growing CAS' Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) line maintenance division.

Mark Lee, Chairman of CAS, stated that the reorganization will provide dedicated leadership to each of its primary business segments. All three of the segments have significant growth prospects in the immediate future that will support the new structure.
