Sometimes we put the chance to attend a relaxation retreat on the line, and our team members love the friendly challenge of pitting their talents against one another. It’s really fun and inspiring to witness, and I can’t wait for our next big event.”

The director and the firm’s other leaders also arrange other outings for their team members. Stephanie said, “We enjoy each other’s company here at Capstone Management, and we try to have team nights on a weekly basis.
