With a focus on a specific industry, each senior manager targets their geographical area at a pre-appointed time, with all management prospecting in tandem.
The National Sales Staff designed the workshops as part of an overall effort to encourage team-building, polishing skill sets, and to better prepare management for the next generation of account executives. The workshops began in late summer, and will continue for senior management through the end of the year, with plans to roll out opportunities for new team members in early 2016.
