Braddock's Creates a Romantic Dinner for Valentine's Day

Marlton, N.J., February 1, 2016 (Newswire.com) - When Valentine Days arrives, Braddock’s executive chef, Nick Lauria, has a simple goal.

He wants to provide a memorable meal that will satisfy most palates in an intimate, cozy atmosphere that reminds couples why they’re together.

Braddock’s is featuring Australian Rack of Lamb or Twin Lobster Tails on their Valentine’s Weekend Dinner Specials. The restaurant also has a dinner for two at $130, which includes both broiled cold water lobster tails and center cut filet mignon. Dessert concludes the meal with Chocolate Pot De Crème with shortbread crust, fresh berries and whipped cream.

While Valentine’s Day falls on Sunday, Feb. 14, Braddock’s is making the special menu available throughout the weekend, Feb. 12 to Feb. 14.
