Bob Ward Companies Announces Partial Sale of Assets and Leadership Change

Robert C. Ward, President and Owner of the new home building companies operating under the umbrella of Bob Ward Companies is pleased to announce the partial sale of it's homebuilding assets to Ward Communities.  Ward Communities is owned by long-term Bob Ward managers Earl Robinson, Terri Hill and Doug Vinson, who collectively have over 70 years of experience in the new home industry.  Earl, Terri and Doug have for sometime been the driving force behind the homebuilder’s successful growth and solid reputation.

Ward Communities will continue to offer innovative and distinctive new homes in the greater Baltimore region.  All employees will be offered their current positions at either Ward Communities or remain employed at Bob Ward Trademark Homes (custom homebuilding which Bob Ward will continue to own and operate in Harford and Cecil Counties).  The two firms will have little overlap and look forward to complimenting each other's focus.

Bob Ward "I am excited to chart a slightly different course for myself, my family, and my many dedicated team members.  I look forward to seeing Ward Communities grow and continue making the American dream of home ownership a reality to Maryland and Pennsylvania families".

Earl Robinson, President of Ward Communities "We are proud to continue the legacy of Bob Ward Homes and continue to build high quality homes with fabulous designs at an affordable price".
