Several key new business wins highlight success of investments in operations, product enhancements, and customer experience

benefitexpress, the leading provider of cloud-based technology solutions for employee benefits administration, announced today that their 2017 results have already exceeded their ambitious growth plans set at the beginning of the year. The first three-quarters of the year have resulted in 10 new full-service employer clients as well as an additional nine new broker channel relationships, representing an additional 85 employers. This growth includes several key new clients in the manufacturing, government, retail, and health care sectors, among others.

The new full-service employer clients represent industries as varied as health care, retail, logistics and transportation, plastics and chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, grocery and foods, and government. Each new client represents an average of close to 5,000 participants.

To support this growth, benefitexpress expects to do significant hiring and increase their staff by over 15 percent across all areas of the business in 2017 and 2018, with a focus on its Product Development, Six Sigma/Lean, Client Delivery, and Call Center teams. In addition, benefitexpress has recently released exciting new employee and HR self-service platform enhancements, which demonstrates their commitment to continue to deliver leading-edge technology through significant investments in their business.
