BEI Becomes Community Partner Through Two-Year Agreement With Greater Reston Arts Center

IT Provider Offers Security, Cloud-Based Infrastructure and Unlimited Tech Support to Local Non-Profit

BEI­—an IT services provider specializing in helping organizations make technology more affordable, efficient and secure—will now supply IT services to the Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE), a donation totaling $10,000 and deeming them a Platinum Level Donor to the center’s biennial campaign as well as a Community Partner. They will provide unlimited help desk and onsite support, a cloud-based infrastructure, and enterprise-level security so that GRACE can focus on their mission of promoting involvement and excellence in contemporary visual arts.

We can offer them cybersecurity and provide a highly-functional IT infrastructure to grow their digital media arts and upgrade GRACE art portfolios without being hindered by a lagging or limited IT system.”

As a Platinum Sponsor in their Biennial Campaign to support opperations, BEI will support GRACE in their plan to update and expand the GRACE Art art enrichment program, expand summer camps, grow digital media, and present quality exhibtions in the Reston Town Center gallery year-round. As a Platinum Sponsor, BEI directly supports these projects and receives a membership to the Board Chair’s Club. BEI also supported the Fine Arts Festival, which lasts for one weekend in May and is the largest fundraising event for GRACE. It was named one of “America’s Best Art Fairs” in the 3rd Annual America’s Best Art Fair Awards, featuring local, national and international artists.

GRACE is a new client as of March 2017, and has entered a two-year agreement with BEI. The new partnership will allow BEI to participate in GRACE’s annual Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival.
