ART NYC Announces the Artist Azita Sadeghi's Solo Exhibition 'Touch of Nature'

Solo Virtual Photography Exhibition

ART NYC introduces Azita Sadeghi's 15 photographs as her portrait and landscapes in Iran.

Azita Sadeghi is an Iranian painter and photographer who's been practicing in the field of Art over the past 10 years. She is the founder and owner of Azita Art Gallery in Iran.

She was born in Iran and grew up in the north near Caspian Lake, Damanavd peak, beautiful forests, and national waterfalls. The country, with a long history of Art and poetry, inspired her to follow her passion and to express her feeling through the beauty of nature.

She loves to capture her life history in her artworks. When she was a young girl, she watched her father working in his garden every day, and that was another inspiration for her to create beautiful pieces of painting about nature with color pencils. At that time, she realized a world of indefinite beauty, away from all the daily chaos in people's lives.

When she was 16, she decided to change her major in high school and go to art high school, which was a revolt decision living in the Middle East, where most kids are enrolled in engineering or medical majors. But being honest with her feelings helped her to convince her family to agree to the transfer. It was at that time that she tried using different mediums, such as painting oil, acrylics, and watercolor. She showed interest in paintings created by Piet Mondrian, William Turner, and Vincent Van Gogh; their paintings triggered her direction.

After that, she continued her learning in Fine Art, when she got more familiar with the foremost Iranian modern artist Sohrab Sepehri, who is an international figure. Her first group exhibition which was promoted by ART NYC showed her views on new ways of painting and applying various techniques to create a divine sense of nature.
