Ardent Learning Wins Brandon Hall Group Silver Award Highlighting Work With Kia Motors America

Ardent Learning, a leader in innovative custom learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver award for excellence in the best use of Blended Learning category.

“We are beyond excited to receive this award highlighting the great work we did with Kia Motors America. We will continue to evolve as a company and elevate our solutions by partnering with our clients to deliver business results.” – Rich Fox (Ardent Learning President & CEO)

“Excellence Award winners symbolize the power and impact that Human Capital Management practices can have on a business or on any organization,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Many organizations can have great HCM initiatives, but the standard of excellence only applies for organizations whose HCM practices truly benefit the business. That’s what the Excellence Awards program stands for, and that is what Brandon Hall Group stands for.”

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts along with Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.

This award-winning custom learning solution was possible through the established cohesive partnership between Ardent and Kia Motors America’s Kia University business unit. To effectively rollout the 2017 Kia Niro Hybrid in dealerships across the U.S., Ardent worked with Kia to:

  • Brief retailers ahead of instructor-led training and generate excitement for the vehicle through custom videos
  • A 3.5-hour in-dealer instructor-led training session with several activities, including a virtual reality competitive comparison activity
  • An interactive customer profile-building and customized sales approach based on the buyer’s interests, needs and where they were in the buying process

“Kia has found that blended learning is the most effective method to help our retailers provide outstanding customer service and further our fix-it-right the first time approach.” – David Wobst (Director, Kia University)
