Opening a new market is always an exciting time for a company. Morale is high around the Allegiance office because company leaders recently announced the opening of a new location in Anaheim. The manager who is leading the expansion effort has been with the firm for quite some time. "This manager is ready to focus on professional development in the new office," the Director added. In the new location, the manager leading the way will be responsible for guiding a team of 20 to 25 executives to meet preset revenue goals. Organizing regular meetings to discuss all aspects of customer acquisition and devising innovative strategies for attracting new talent will also be top priorities.
