Abi's Place is Now Expanding Therapy Department to All of Broward and Palm Beach Counties

Non-Profit School Based in Coral Springs, Fla. has Grown Therapeutic After School Kids Specials Program

Abi’s Place recently expanded their therapy department to service all of Broward and Palm Beach counties in South Florida.

The Therapeutic After School Kids Specials, T.A.S.K.S., is a new afterschool program for Abi’s Place, engaging children from ages three to 16 in classes such as art, music, sensory, and play therapies. The program is available to the community Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Abi’s Place provides pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapies by licensed therapists that have specific knowledge and training in: typical child development, in identifying areas of functional limitations, and in addressing these issues with an appropriate therapeutic program. All of the therapists at Abi’s Place are dedicated to meeting the needs of both the child and family.

Abi’s Place is now in their eighth year providing one-on-one or one-on-two teacher to student ratios for children with autism and complex disabilities.
