The investment is being used to fund the construction of a 7,200 SF luxury single-family home in San Diego’s seaside La Jolla community. Genesis Capital provided a $4.2 million construction loan as well for the project.

The La Jolla house will be DiversyFund’s first luxury build out in partnership with Roman James Design Build, a Beverly Hills-based custom home developer, who is famous for his ultra-modern style home designs that have set several price per square foot records in Beverly Hills.
