2-Factor Authentication adds a security layer to PeopleSoft's existing security, imposing further controls over administrative functions and access to sensitive data. 2-Factor Authentication can be configured to push secure soft tokens via Email, Text (SMS), Instant Messaging (IM) or Integrated Voice Response (IVR).
