Global Flying Hospitals Launches Asia Region Head Office and Website

Global Flying Hospitals (GFH) is the new paradigm for humanitarian medical care.

The vision of the organization focuses on creating the world's foremost medical aviation fleet and the tour-de-force of humanitarian medical care worldwide. As it grows, this fleet will become the resource for humanitarian medical charities, governments of developing countries, and various medical groups, to expand their effectiveness. They will be supplied with the equipment and resources to provide life-changing surgical and preventive medical treatment to our ailing world.

GFH is an international humanitarian charity, first incorporated in the USA as a 501(c)3 non-profit. With the establishment of Global Flying Hospitals (Macau), the Board aims to develop Macau as the Asia Region Head Office.

MACAU and NEW WEBSITE
Global Flying Hospitals chose Macau SAR China as its Asia Region Head Office, as it provided all the ingredients required to enable the charity to function at its optimum.

To undergird the new office, a GFH website focusing on Asia has been launched. www.GFH-Asia.org

1. For GFH, Macau is the geographic bull's-eye in the region. It allows ready access to any developing countries in SE Asia, the Pacific, the Indian sub-continent, Africa etc.
2. It enables easy access to the aircraft refurbishment and modification firm, in Xiamen, China. This firm; partially owned by Boeing and world airlines, has full capabilities to refurbish, complete complex checks, engine work, paint and certify GFH's aircraft... and at a pricing that substantially reduces costs if undertaken in Western countries.
3. Easy access for the servicing of GFH aircraft at nearby Hong Kong airport. The parent firm of the Xiamen refurbishment firm is based in Hong Kong. Many of the world's airlines use the facilities for servicing of their heavy aircraft.
4. Macau's airport facility (CAM) has been very welcoming to GFH. CAM allows for GFH's aircraft to land and park at the airport, free of charges and fees, due to their humanitarian application, whereas other airports have very restrictive regulations and fees.
5. Macau corporations, government departments, various entities and the media are very welcoming to GFH, providing for a friendly base to operate from.
6. Due to its "gaming" base and high-end casinos, Macau is fast gaining international media exposure. This serves GFH well with added exposure on its new paradigm model for humanitarian medical care.
7. All other GFH fund-raising centers in Asia will be managed from Macau.
