Despite Bitter Cold, Construction Continues for Brand-New Safeway Supermarket in Hyattsville, MD
KBE Building Corp. refusing to allow winter weather to delay much-anticipated project
Hyattsville, MD, February 24, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Despite weeks of below-freezing temperatures and wintry precipitation, KBE Building Corp. continues to bring Hyattsville’s newest Safeway supermarket one step closer to completion.
KBE is General Contractor for the $15.3 million project, which encompasses the new construction of a two-story building near Hyattsville’s popular University Town Center. The new building will feature an anchored Safeway supermarket along with specialty store and office space, part of which will link the University Town Center’s existing restaurants and cinema.
