Weledo Releases Its 20 Minutes Tigrinya At Home Guide For Eritrean Parents

Weledo Publications has released its freely distributed framework guide document, to help Eritrean parents to start with a 20 minute Tigrinya a day, in their home for their children.

Following a news release, from Weledo Publications Enterprise, last week, calling upon interested Eritrean diaspora parents to start a 20 minutes a day home based Tigriyna tutorial for their children, many such parents have expressed interest to participate in such a program. Weledo has since received many requests from Eritrean diaspora parents in the UK, Europe, Canada and USA, for a framework document for use as a guide for such activities.

Both, in response to such requests, as well as Weledo's log term plans to make such a guide in a published book format, Weledo has early this week released a stand-alone framework guide as a document to me made available free of charge. The document is now available for download from Weledo's official website (shown in company contact entries below). The "20 minutes a day" framework guide document is slated for regular updates and revisions in order to include future products for the diaspora youth and children's Tigrinya learning resources.

The content of the "20 Minutes a day Tigrinya" guide is, for the most part, based upon Weledo books and other Tigriyna learning products. In this regard, it is said that those who are not currently using Weledo products for their youth and children's Tigriyna work can still produce a similar framework to plan their work ahead. According to Weledo, the important point is said to be that such a framework be based on Specific, Measurable, Attainable and Timed (S.M.A.R.T.) set of program content. This would, according to Weledo, rapidly build progress and avoid having to discourage children's interest by spending too much time on basic alphabet work. Through home Tigriyna program, the child would normally be expected to achieve full mastery of the Tigriyna alphabets by the age of 5 years old and normally be working on their early Tigriyna grammar skills by the time they reach the age of 8-10 years old.

Eritrean parents of diaspora youth and children, Tigriyna school teachers and other interested parties are invited to contact Weledo Publications Enterprise for additional help and support on implementing the "20 minutes Tigriyna a day" program using Weledo's program contents. END//
