The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati 2010 DESIGNER House Tour: $2.9M Hyde Park gem transformed into design showcase, fundraiser with June 10 private showing

Finest in Cincinnati Interior Design to be showcased at three-day public event starting June 11; Susie Gaynor, Maureen Pippin from Sibcy Cline put creative twist on property marketing.

As gorgeous as it looks from the street, just wait 'til you get inside.

The Cincy home scene is in for a stunner early this summer, when the Susie Gaynor/Maureen Pippin team from Sibcy Cline REALTORS Inc. unveils The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati 2010 Designer House Tour at a Hyde Park residence that looks a lot like 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

The 2010 Designer House Tour is being held at a historic Cincinnati home marketed by Gaynor/Pippin for $2.9 million. The event was created for multiple purposes: to showcase top-flight local talent; for actually selling the five-bedroom, five-bath beauty on 3.1 acres; and a fundraiser to build support for one of the most worthy causes in town, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati.

"From its inception, this has been a grassroots expression of community support at many levels. Yes, it's a great property, but it's also a unique opportunity to showcase top local talent in Interior Design, Florists and Specialty Retailers, the incredible artists that live and work in our city," said Susie Gaynor. "Decorate it, and they will come."

Festivities at 195 Green Hills Road kick off with a private wine tasting and reception on the evening of Thursday, June 10, prior to a three-day public event June 11-13 (http://bit.ly/CincyDESIGNERHouseTour ).

Admission costs $25 for the private opening and $10 for the three-day weekend run, and all proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. For tickets, please call (513) 421-8909 ext. 15, or visit www.bgcgc.org.
