Technology Science Corporation and Integration Technologies Group Awarded NASA SEWP VI Contract in Category C
TSC and ITG continue their multi year partnership and win SEWP VI
FALLS CHURCH, Va., September 8, 2026 (Newswire.com) - Technology Science Corporation (TSC) and Integration Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG) have been awarded a NASA Solutions for Enterprise-wide Procurement - SEWP VI contract under Category C, the companies announced, extending a partnership between the two firms that stretches back more than a decade. The award was made to TSC-ITG2 JV LLC (https://tsc-itg2.com/), an SBA-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between the two firms.
SEWP VI remains the government's flagship vehicle for acquiring information and communications technology, structured as an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract worth up to $20 billion over a ten-year ordering period running November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036. Category C is reserved for IT mission-based services, and under the award, TSC-ITG2 JV LLC will support complex, end-to-end IT services and digital transformation programs for federal agencies.
The win formalizes a relationship years in the making. TSC (https://www.techscicorp.com/) and ITG (https://www.itgonline.com/) first began working together in 2015, collaborating on a series of professional services projects before establishing their initial SBA-approved joint venture, TSC-ITG JV LLC, in 2020. A second joint venture followed in 2025. Over that stretch, the two companies have jointly supported Federal, Civilian, and DoW for more than ten years on professional, maintenance, and lifecycle services work overseas through GSA MAS, GSA Stars 3 and agency-specific IDIQ.
For ITG, the award builds directly on its record under SEWP V, where the company held a prime contract (NNG15SC79B) and delivered hundreds of task orders in hardware, software, and services to agencies including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Health Agency, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Air Force, and NASA - work that consistently earned strong performance ratings. Through TSC-ITG2 JV LLC, that track record now extends into IT mission-based services, broadening the portfolio the two companies can offer under a single vehicle.
The joint venture draws on a combined certification and clearance profile the companies describe as among the deepest in the mid-tier federal IT space. TSC brings Top Secret clearance readiness to support mission-critical work across defense and civilian agencies, while ITG contributes CMMC Level 2 (Final) certification with dedicated enclaves for controlled information, CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC appraisals, ISO/IEC 27001 and 20000-1 certifications, O-TTPS supply chain certification, and a GSA-audited cybersecurity supply chain risk management plan. Both companies hold ISO 9001 quality management certification. Together, the credentials are intended to give federal customers ordering under SEWP VI confidence in an audited quality system, a certified security posture, and a supply chain protected against counterfeit or compromised components.
TSC-ITG2 JV LLC pairs TSC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business serving as managing partner, with ITG as mentoring partner - a structure designed to combine TSC's agility and clearances with ITG's certified delivery infrastructure and past performance. ITG, founded in 1984, is a Falls Church, Virginia-based provider of IT products, enterprise services, and lifecycle support to federal, state, and commercial customers, with a portfolio that extends into video-teleconferencing systems, accessibility solutions for the visually impaired, post-OEM warranty and maintenance services, and RFID solutions.
