Software Qualifications Board of America moves to TCG Hamilton

TCG Hamilton have acquired the rights from Software Qualification Boards of America to service and handle its worldwide operations.

TCG Hamilton, the world’s only specialized business services providers to the certification and excellence recognition industry, have acquired rights from the Software Qualifications Board of America (SQBA) to service and handle its worldwide operations. This is the second high-value acquisition by TCG Hamilton’s relatively new Certification Business Services SBU. This deal is expected to expand SQBA’s reach to 50+ nations by 2017 and billings to about USD 30 million. Racing ahead to stamp its leadership in the business services space for certification and awards bodies, TCG Hamilton stitched the deal with this Austin based knowledge giant, close on the heels of its acquisition of operational control of BCI, another world leader in the outsourcing credentialing space. In a written communiqué released by his office, Rajiv Gupta, the President & Group CEO of TCG Hamilton, mentioned that by the turn of 2017, the company would try to cultivate a worldwide base of 50000+ individuals certified for professions like Cloud Applications development, Mobile Applications development, Web applications and Big –Data aside from other traditional IT professions.
