Sarasota Exotic Car Fest - February 22-24. 2013

Online, February 18, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Car enthusiasts from around the country will be in Sarasota on February 22-24 to attend the 2013 Sarasota Exotic Car Fest, benefiting United Cerebral Palsy of Southwest Florida, Inc. The weekend of exclusive events includes a number of local venues, including the Rectrix Aerodrome at the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, Michael's On East, and The Founders Golf Club.

On Saturday the St. Armands Concours features Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Aston Martins, Bugatti Veyrons and other rare and exotic cars. The event is open to the public and last year more than 100 cars were showcased. Loyal fans return year after year to enjoy St. Armands' great restaurants, excellent shopping, tropical weather, and nearby Lido Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Concours event is open to the public.

The weekend of festivities also includes a spectacular Jet Port Reception on Friday evening held at the Rectrix Aerodrome Center at the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, where attendees can dress as their favorite Bond character. In addition to the many exotic cars displayed, the evening's entertainment includes sophisticated jets, custom-built motorcycles, upscale fashion shows and a silent auction. Saturday evening features dinner and dancing at Michael's On East. Sunday morning the fun continues with the Exotics Road Rally and a closing brunch at The Founders Golf Club. The Road Rally is the grand finale to a magnificent weekend that is a much anticipated annual event for car enthusiasts, seasonal visitors and year round residents. Participation in the Road Rally is not required in order to attend the brunch.
