Realtors Make Sure to Experience the Area They Cover
Online, October 15, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Chandler, Ariz., October 15, 2009 - When Arizona is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is sunshine. Sunshine is a great thing, but there is a lot more to the state than the sunny days. This is something Nick and Joei Horb know from first-hand experience when they moved to Arizona and fell in love with the area. They loved it so much, they decided to stay and experience everything the state had to offer.
"This is an amazing place to live. There are so many things to do here, and I've made sure to do as much as I can," said Nick, of 1st USA Realty Professionals. "As someone who represents buyers and sellers in the area, it's important for me to know and experience everything about the area I'm helping to list and sell."
The Horbs have explored a variety of activities including skiing, hiking, scuba diving, ballooning, four wheeling, snowmobiling, golfing, and much more. By exploring everything Arizona has to offer, they're able to give different perspectives on the area to different clients who are looking for a variety of things.
"By learning about everything Arizona has to offer, not only do we have more talking points when selling a house, but we can also provide more information when buyers ask about specific things in the area," said Nick. "We also have a great time going out and experiencing all of the different things to do." Joei specializes in New Homes and construction because of her extensive experience in the selling and management in the New Home industry.
Nick and Joei have been in the real estate business for over 20 years, and their experience shows in their attention to detail and love for the area they cover. Nick started in real estate with Joei in Minnesota, but he and his family decided to move to Arizona once they arrived here and saw what it had to offer.
"We fell in love with the area once we were able to see how great the state was," Nick said. "And we know others will fall in love with it too."
