Parade of Homes Launches new iPhone App to Enrich Parade-Goers Experience
Online, September 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Cary, NC September 29, 2010 - The 2010 Wake County Parades of Homes will be adding a new and exciting iPhone application to this year's event - the Parade of Homes™ App. The Wake County Home Builders Association announced today that it has selected the new Parade of Homes™ iPhone App to enrich the visitor's experience. The Parade of Homes™ iPhone App will allow Parade of Homes guests to easily interact with homes in the Parade, get directions, home information, and extras like video. Parade of Homes™ App is a free app available now for download from the iTunes™ store.
"For the thousands of visitors that tour, Parade of Homes™ iPhone App will put all the homes in the palm of their hands before, during and after the event," states Tim Minton of the Wake County HBA. "And for our builder members, this service offers another great way to showcase their homes to people that may not be able to attend the Parade."
Minton also shared the App includes a location map to easily find homes and GPS to get the best driving routes. Parade of Homes™ iPhone App has interactive tools like saving your favorite homes, watching video walkthroughs of homes, and seeing interior home pictures that are not included in the traditional, printed Parade book.
And yes, the App takes content printed in Parade books and makes it available in Parade of Homes™ iPhone App, including pictures and home information.
The application is produced by Camelot Design Group, a marketing company in the new home industry, and Pathos Ethos, specialists in mobile application design.
