One Love Road Trip: A Charitable Journey Across the United States.

Online, March 5, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Winter Garden, FL.-(March 5, 2010) - Thoughts.com and Thoughts Foundation are sending Kristen Zimmerman and Sharon Baumeyer on a two week journey across the United States promoting charity and goodwill. They will drive 3,200 miles from Winter Garden, Florida to Los Angeles, California, beginning March 16th, with a goal of bringing awareness to humanitarian issues and encouraging people to help.
This quest titled "One Love Road Trip" is inspired by the one universal love we all share. This stems from Thoughts.com CEO Ben Ogden's belief that everyone should contribute to making our world a better place. This fuels their mission for the "One Love Road Trip." The trip will capture personal stories, local culture and charitable acts. Their charitable acts include:

• Helping the homeless at the NYC Rescue Mission -- New York (March 8-9)
• Assisting in the first Zero Carbon Community with Historic Green -- New Orleans
• Exploring the Ninth Ward and making a $20,000 donation to Make It Right Foundation -New Orleans
• Building a house with Habitat for Humanity -- San Antonio
• Supplying needed items and a party for the Sunshine Acres Children's Home -- Phoenix
• Distributing 500 meals to kids with Three Squares Food Bank--Las Vegas
• Feeding the homeless with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank -- Los Angeles
• Co-hosting a benefit with Touch Africa to send African children to school --Los Angeles
• Donating the car from the road trip to a family in need at the Door of Hope -- Los Angeles

Along the way, they will also be paying it forward with acts of kindness to random people in the hope of causing a chain reaction inspiring others to pay it forward.

Their expedition will be documented live via Qik webcast, filmed for a documentary through blogging and status updates on Thoughts.com. They encourage everyone to follow and/or join them on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
